Clip-Vent is designed to attach to any 1” thick rigid foam
board* and provide a 1-1/2” deep, continuous vent channel
below the roof sheathing. Clip-Vent will adapt to any width,
length, or framing style.

Copolymer Polypropylene .050 thick.

3-1/4” wide x 48” long per piece / 48 pieces per box.
Vent Area:
- 16” on center framing = 21.75 sq. in.
- 24” on center framing = 33.75 sq. in.
* Note: Clip-Vent is designed to be installed on 1" thick foam.
It can easily adapt to deviations in foam thickness of plus or minus
1/16 of an inch. We have found XPS foam board ( pink, blue, green
) to be very accurate in the 1" thick dimension and is typically
the easiest to work with because of this.
Polyisocyanurate or urethane foil faced foam board can also be used,
but seems to vary much more greatly in thickness. If you are going
to install this type of foam, please check the thickness of the panels
to be sure they don't exceed 1-1/16" or installation could be
more difficult. |
